If, for whatever reason you need to return an item you can return it for up to 14 days.

Kindly note that 70% off items are non-refundable; store credit may be issued instead.
- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customer's responsibility. We would always advise using some form of tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation
- Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, Daisy Lane Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns where items show signs of wear or have strong odours, including smoke or perfume.
- Daisy Lane does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Daisy Lane.
- Refunds will only be reimbursed to the payment method used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- Daisy Lane does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
Purchases made in store
Items can be returned (within 14 days of purchase) for exchange or credit note valid for one year from date of purchase.
We do not refund items purchased in-store unless the item is faulty.
There are no returns on sale goods purchased in store.

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Please ensure you have enclosed the returns form which has your order number on it. If you do not have your returns slip or lost the original slip, please email us –info@daisylaneclothing.com and we will send you one. Unfortunately, goods sent without a returns form and order number cannot be accepted and will be returned.
Please Note
To make life as easy as possible, please be aware that we can only accept goods if they are unwashed, unmarked, unworn and with all labels and tags left attached.
We are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item that is faulty.
We would recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service, as we will not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged.
If you are eligible for a refund we aim to refund your order within 3-5 days of receiving the goods. However some credit or debit cards make take up to 10 working days for your bank to process.
